Soooo much to talk about but one REALLY big thing that just can’t wait….

I went to Knit-Night at my LYS (Local Yarn Store) last Thursday and the store owner was there. She’s really awesome and runs a blog over at http://thecrookedstitch.wordpress.com/.

So Thursday I’m sitting down to knit…finishing off one pair of socks and casting on another…and Whitney notices my necklace. It’s a ball of yarn with needles stuck through it with freshwater pearls on each side. And….she loves it!!!!!!!

AND SHE WANTS TO SELL THEM IN HER STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*runs around room squealing*

Yeah. Let’s just say I’m a TAD excited!!!!!!!!! My jewelry is going to be showcased in her store!!!! OMG YAY!!!!!!!!!!

I need to act more mature about this I suppose. But…I just can’t.

So as of right now these are the pieces I have ready to go to her shop

Knit One Purl Two Collection: Metal Wire Necklace

Knit One Purl Two Collection: Metal Wire Necklace

Knit One Purl Two Earrings

Knit One Purl Two Earrings

These pieces and the rest of my stuff is all still on my Etsy site….but still, this is AWESOME. I just need to get the display board that I want to put in her shop and we’re ready to roll! Hopefully my stuff will be in her store by next Thursday!!!!!!!!

*squeal*

Yeah. A little excited. Just a tad.

Ok. I’m going to go be productive. *nod* Yes. Productive and mature. I shall.

Know what isn’t awesome?

Dropping a FULL thing of Stonyfield’s yummy yogurt on my shoes.

Yogurt Shoes!

Yogurt Shoes!

So they had to go for a spin in the washer…and what better to do with freshly cleaned hiking shoes??? GO HIKING!

Today I hiked up Dragon’s Tooth and………

Um ok we have to take a quick side-trip of AWESOMENESS.

GUESS WHAT?!?!?!

I just won the giveaway from The Crooked Stitch!!!! OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!! It’s a basket o’goodies and I can’t WAIT to see what’s in it!!! Dani and Whitney have an awesome shop…I love EVERYTHING in that store, so whatever it is, I’m going to be THRILLED. Something tells me it will contain some of Natasha’s handpainted yarns…which just makes it the thrill of my LIFETIME!!!!!! Oh freaking great. Holy crap. I’ll be picking the goodies up on Tuesday…so I will let you guys know just HOW awesome it is then!

Ok. Now that my day has been totally kick-ass….back to the blog.

I did a quick run up Dragon’s Tooth to take care of my little geocache! A friend from the Roanoke Outdoor and Social Club went with me. We blasted through the trail to the top…and took a slight detour that’s a somewhat less beaten path.

I climbed that. Yeeeeah.

I climbed that. Yeeeeah.

Up. That.

It was AWESOME. Yay for climbing!!!

Then we found some blueberries at the top, talk about yummy! So then…we found our way back to the real trail, and located my cache! It…was really sad. It was filled with trash and random junk. But now…it’s much better!

All better! Lots of new goodies, updated log, no trash! YAY!

All better! Lots of new goodies, updated log, no trash! YAY!

A little present for the thru-Hiker Ashlei and I met awhile back!

A little present for the thru-Hiker Ashlei and I met awhile back!

So then after wandering around a bit, I finally found a good spot *I hope* to hide my cache!

All hidden away!

All hidden away!

So we headed off back down the trail.

I love this picture. He looks SO confused and lost...but really he was surprised to turn mid-sentance and see me with a camera.

I love this picture. He looks SO confused and lost...but really he was surprised to turn mid-sentance and see me with a camera.

So…then we decided to climb the smaller tooth! I’d not realized it was climb-able…but it so totally is! It was AWESOME. I think I like climbing…because it’s like a puzzle.

A puzzle where if you don’t get it right the first time, you wind up seriously injured…or dead.

Hehe. Puzzles.

The view looking down the smaller tooth. What we climbed DOWN. Hehe.

The view looking down the smaller tooth. What we climbed DOWN. Hehe.

I come from the rocks!!! Ashlei-style!!!!

I come from the rocks!!! Ashlei-style!!!!

So that was the hike of awesomness.

The dog is getting better at not barking his head off when I leave the house…however he still REALLY doesn’t like other people taking him out of his crate. He’s terrified. It seems like he thinks they will take him away from me. 😦 Poor guy.

Tomorrow we’re going hiking at the Cascades…then I’m doing a 5K in Blacksburg! If I get time I’m going to take him to a fenced in location…with SUPER high prison-type security fencing…and let him off the leash and see if he’ll come to me.

Supposedly he’s a fence jumper, and will NOT come if he gets loose. So…I’m going to test that in a controlled environment tomorrow. So far, he REALLY seems to like to stay right beside me…so I’m hoping he keeps that up and becomes a little more capture-able if he gets loose.

So anyway, have a great weekend! Watch for my race report Sunday!!! And then next weekend? NEXT WEEKEND?!?!?! ASHLEI IS COMING FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond excited. Beyond.

Dear Summer,
You freaking rock.
Love,
~Courtney

Yeah, I know. I wandered again.

But seriously? If you’ve ever been in your first year of teaching…you’ll know exactly what I was going through, and exactly how little free time I had.

School ended one week ago tomorrow. How awesome is that?

Wednesday…I got new tires, always exciting, shopped WAY too much, but mostly bought things on sale, and then Thursday I got this……..

Yes, he looks weird. Therefore I love him. And he's not angry, he has an underbite.

Yes, he looks weird. Therefore I love him. And he's not angry, he has an under bite.

Meet Tully! He came from Ringdog Rescue in Richmond. His name there was Spanky…but I have this thing about naming all of my pets after Jimmy Buffett music/books/etc…so Tully it is. (From Mr. Buffett’s book, Salty Piece of Land)

All he wants is love! And cookies...

All he wants is love! And cookies...

He has been doing pretty good so far. He doesn’t like being alone too much, but he’s improving every day! The first time I tried to leave the house…he barked and whined the entire time. We’ve practiced and he’s getting more used to the idea.

However he is still pretty darn sure that the ice maker in the freezer is his sworn enemy. Either that, or he thinks that I REALLY want him to let me know every time fresh ice drops in to the bin. Maybe he’s just trying to be helpful! That’s probably it. I mean it makes perfect sense for him to wake me up at 1am barking his ears off so I would know that hey…if I’m feeling a bit parched, I can now get a nice beverage with the freshest ice possible. Yeah…we’ll call it helpful. For now…

He likes my cat, Paco (Apacolypso…after the JB song) and doesn’t  mind the neighbor’s dog too much…even when she attempts to jump through my open window. He’s cool with that.

But let’s back up a bit to Friday. Also known as the Friday of Lostness, and Awesomeness.

I set out to meet Miss Ashlei for an awesome hike! We picked our spot, planned it out, and I even downloaded a few geocaches for the day! I had a lovely drive along the back roads of Southwest VA, mostly staying right along The Crooked Road. It was a glorious day.

Ashlei and I were to meet at the trailhead for Whitetop Mountain just past the town of Damascus at 9am. I got to the town, found the appropriate road…and began to get a bit concerned.

I grew more and more concerned as I kept driving…and looking for the trail signs. According to my directions there would be a sign marking the Appalachian Trail…however let me tell you buster, if there is a sign for it on Beech Mountain Road in Damascus, I drove up and down that tiny little gravel mountain road about 50 times, seeing no such sign!

I decided to try other options and followed some helpful green state signage for Whitetop Mountain. (You would think this would have worked out for me…but you would be wrong) I turned down the designated road…and drove along…being mildly concerned about my inability to find Ashlei, and also my inability to achieve cell phone signal and notify her of my predicament. As luck would have it, I came to a large sign and parking area for the Appalachian Trail! However…this was for Mt. Rogers. Not Whitetop…and because I had actually referenced a map at some point, I knew this wasn’t the parking area I wanted. So I pressed onward.

After about another 30 minutes of driving around confused, and glaring at my GPS which is normally so helpful, unless you yourself don’t know where it is that you want to go…I achieved cell phone signal by pulling off the side of the road, in to a gravel area that clearly other people had used for just this purpose seeing as it was the ONLY place in 10 square miles with an ounce of signal. My phone then told me I had a voicemail from Ashlei. This…was not helpful because the voicemail said she had NO signal and was calling from a payphone.

She said she would try and get ahold of her boyfriend, Matt, who I know from the blog-o-sphere as well. Luckily I had him on my chat contacts and managed to get ahold of him and he called to say he got a similar voicemail. We tried to work out a plan…but…were really both at a loss.

Finally, after a bit more driving around (by this time it was around 11:30, 2 and a half hours after we were to meet) and going back to the cell phone magic spot…Ashlei CALLED!!! She had driven back to cell phone signal!!! We agreed to meet at a predetermined location of which we both knew of…and 30 minutes later we were FINALLY able to find each other!

So. After that, you’d want to hang up your hat, right? It’s now 12:15 or so…3 hours after we intended to set out to hike 6 miles. And we STILL don’t know where this elusive trailhead is. But no. Since I’ve found the Mt. Rogers area…we decide to just go wander up there!

So we did. We managed to wander to Buzzard’s Rock. We had some great chats, saw some AMAZING scenery, and met some cool thru-hikers and shared a bit of trail magic with them. 🙂 Good fortune for them good karma for us!

We got more pictures than I can even begin to share. If you want to see them all, please visit my photobucket album here: http://s539.photobucket.com/albums/ff354/PinkDsnyPrncess/Hiking%20with%20Ashlei/

But here are some of the highlights, INCLUDING a picture of Whitetop Mountain which we DID manage to find! Sneaky bugger. Now if only we could figure out how to get to the parking area…that we did actually hike past. Haha.

This? Is why hiking rocks. Pictures are nice, but it's not the same.

Ashlei! She comes from the rocks!!!

Ashlei! She comes from the rocks!!!

Whitetop! Of which we did not hiketh.

Whitetop! Of which we did not hiketh.

Ahhh the trail.

Ahhh the trail.

So. Then because that 6.5 mile hike just wasn’t enough, I set out on Saturday with my parents, my new dog, and a fellow Star City Strider.

We hiked Stiles Falls, which was a really nice, short 3 mile hike. The waterfall is amazing and ends in a shallow pool at the bottom where we could actually get in, and walk right up to the falls! It was really awesome!

The climb up the rocks to the pool was a little much for our four legged companion, so my dad found a lovely shaded stump to sit on and held on to Tully for me.

It's a happy hiking dog!

It's a happy hiking dog!

Apparently, Tully had already made up his mind who his mom was…and he had NO interest in watching her climb up and over rocks, and out of sight near roaring water. Dad said that he whined and pulled on the leash almost constantly and REALLY got upset when I was out of eyesight. He seems to like me, so yay for that!

It felt SO good!!!

It felt SO good!!!

Then I climbed back down and took Tully from dad so that he could go up to the falls with mom. Aaaand that’s when mom dropped her camera.

But she didn’t JUST drop it in the water, no, that would be too easy. She dropped it BETWEEN two of the boulders that we’d climbed to get to the pool below the falls. And I do mean boluders.

So after dad, mom, and the other member of our party all tried but failed to reach the camera from the rocks, I had dad come back down, hold Tully and I climbed up in the cave-like opening that the boulders made.

Who got the camera out?

Nuff said.

Nuff said.

This girl. 🙂

Then…camera in hand, we headed down. (I’m not sure what the damage was…it was still on when I got it…but we took out the batteries, opened all the flaps/bits and let it air out, we also put it in a bowl of dry rice in hopes of pulling out the moisture. I have the SD card…but nothing to plug it in to to check it’s functionality…haven’t talked to mom to see if the camera works)

And then…because apparently I have developed a fascination with climbing up anything I possibly can…I decided to climb this tree.

And if I do something…mom of course want’s to go too. 🙂

It made for a lovely family portriat!

The Fam!

The Fam!

So, those are my adventures so far in the land of summer! This is my first summer not working/going to school in 10 years. You have NO idea how excited I am.

I think I’m hiking with some people from the Outdoor Club on Wednesday…and maybe again with Ashlei at the end of the month!!!!!!

Running-wise…I didn’t make it through the half that I had planned. It was pushing 75 degrees and humid at the 9am race start…I made it through the 10K portion and KNEW I was done. I was dehydrated all ready and I knew another 7 miles would have been a bad idea. I dropped out. My first DNF.

But I’m glad I did. I had a MASSIVE headache from then until Sunday morning from the dehydration. Going on would have probably been dangerous for me! No regrets at all! It was a beautiful course…but I just don’t do well in heat. Next year, I’ll just sign up for the 10K, unless the start-time moves back!

Since I have the summer off…my goals are to be outside as much as possible, do as much fiber-related art as possible, and really improve my running. I’m going to make working out my “job” for the summer. 🙂

But in fiber-related news, I have done a lot! I’ll explain in picture form…because I fully realize knitting, dyeing, and spinning aren’t exactly exciting topics of conversation for most people.

It's a sheep! Her name is Amidala *like from Star Wars* and I have her fleece to make in to yarn! YAY!

And then I knit a felted adult beverage insulating holder type deal. *read as: Beer Huggie*

I also knit a hat. (And started another pair of socks and another huggie)

Well, now that I can check “update your blog, you slacker” off my list…I’m going to go work on another one of the the MANY things that I neglected in the past few weeks!

So long for now! (But hopefully not too long this time!)

Break Stuff

All my stuff keeps breaking. See “Other Junk” for details.

Annnd it’s been almost 3 weeks!

I swear, I need to work on my posting regularity. The good news is there was a lot more running than blogging so…that’s what counts, right? 🙂

Knitting Week:

Hmm…where did I leave you? Oh, my fun little bags! Well using said bags quite a bit. Haven’t made more…no time and haven’t been home but that’s ok.

I did finish ONE of the aunt’s socks! One more to go!!!! I also cast on for a cat sweater that dad wants.

Yeah. Cat sweater.

Not a sweater for him with a cat on it…but a sweater for his cat.

Yeah.

I’ll just stop there. There are no words. But feel free to google images of “cat in sweater”. It’s highly amusing.

This is the one I’m making, except in red.

Yeeeah. Cat sweaters. So wrong. So very wrong.

Yeeeah. Cat sweaters. So wrong. So very wrong.

Yeah.

Running Week:

So far this week, 2 good runs and some awesome yoga.

Last week, 2 run days, some sick days, and some yoga.

Week before, 3 run days, bike day (whoo!) and some other stuff.

PS, Half Marathon training started. DUM-DA-DUM!!!!!!!!! So super excited! The half is the Trail Nut Half that Mountain Junkies does. Pretty awesome if you ask me.

I’m also hoping to sign up for the MCM come this time next week. I’m debating between that and the OBX Marathon. Mom REALLY wants to do a half this fall…and since MCM doesn’t have a half…and OBX does…I’m debating. If mom will pay for lodging and transportation to OBX…I’m down with that one. 🙂 Also may talk Carly, Chrissy, Cali, Jordan and Kristen in to doing that one. Or at least I’ll TRY to talk them in to it. Haha. OH but wait…Karyn is doing MCM this year I think……Crap, I wanted to meet her! Karyn, you doing MCM? Yesno?

Anyway. Next Saturday is the Susan G Komen race here and I am BEYOND excited!!!!!!!!! Hopefully my friend and her mom, who is a breast cancer survivor, will walk it with me. That would be awesome. Either way, I’ll be there helping out and/or running/walking. 🙂

I missed signing up for BOTH tri’s so no BAMF award for me. 😦 But I will do the Mill Mountain Mayhem on April 17th. Pretty excited for that.

Moving on.

Favorite:

This week’s favorite…I’m going to go with Geocaching!!!!!! What’s Geocaching, you ask??? Well wander on over to geocaching.com and find out!

It’s basically a bunch of dorks (myself included) that use million dollar government satellites to find tupperwear in the woods.

See??? FUN!!!

See??? FUN!!!

Heh.

All you need is a handheld GPS or even a car one *speaking of car GPS’s mine died. More on that later* and a decent sense of direction and stealth and you’re off!

It’s really fun. It’s kind of like treasure hunting for secret hiding locations. Basically, you get some coordinates from geocaching.com (type in your home address, I bet you 5 bucks that a cache pops up within 10 miles of you), drive/walk/hike/run/bike to the location….and get out your handy-dandy GPS…and try to find the cache! If you do, you sign the log…and head off to the next one.

They also encourage people to pick up trash on their way to/from the cache…so yay for being eco-friendly.

It’s really fun to do with a few friends, or with little kids, or adults who act like kids…Haha. So…if you haven’t tried geocaching, then DO IT! Otherwise, TFTC. 🙂

Other Junk:

So my TomTom died. Thankfully I noticed it’s little issue when I was trying to calculate how late I was going to be, and not how to get to where I was going. 🙂

It has somehow reset itself…and when I try to turn it on, it wants me to go through the setup…and when I get to “Select Voice” it crashes, and resets itself on it’s own….so I’m stuck in an infinite loop of Power on-setup-voice screen-crash.

Not. Cool. Can’t google my way out of it either. I’ve tried. If you do happen to have a suggestion, lay it on me, cause otherwise I’ve got a silver square paperweight. (Yes I’ve hooked it up to the computer, tried to update software, done a reset manually…still looping.)

Aaaand if that wasn’t awesome enough…my car crapped itself on Monday. Well technically Friday. It started being all weird…and when I’d put it in park the RPM’s would jump up to 3,000….while idiling….so that was awesome. But then Sunday it was FINE. Acted totally normal.

Monday morning, went out to start it…and RPM’s jumped WAY up again. Turned it off, TRIED to get a ride to work…couldn’t find ANYONE…had to take an unpaid day off work (NOT COOL) and then an hour later when I tried to drive it to the mechanic…… it was fine. Totally fine.

So it’s STILL at the mechanic…they think it might be the wiring…but we won’t know until tomorrow. Let me just say this is NOT how I wanted to spend my spring break…or my birthday cash. (I’ll be….older on April 12th) So yeah.

Other news…I planted stuff.

It grew.

It rained.

My cat is insane.

The end!

(Oh, and one of my students asked me if elephants lay eggs. They were serious.)

Sisterly Love Shoutout:

This week’s shoutout is to Cali who is my friend’s sister and like a sister to me. Heh, she may BE my sister-in-law one day but we’ll see. Anyway, Cali is AWESOME because she’s not only letting me drag her in to doing her first 5K, but she’s ALSO attempting to do my half-marathon training plan along with me!!! I’m pretty sure Cali is a much better runner and a lot more in shape than she gives herself credit for. So far she’s doing REALLY well with her half-training. Hence why I am totally going to talk her in to doing a half in the fall. 🙂

Heh. You know you want to!!!!

Love you guys!

Well it’s been a busy 2 weeks yet again! SO much to tell you guys about…including 2 races! I only ran one, but still. Good times.

Knitting Week:

Well, still working on the aunt’s socks. About ready to turn the heel…I get a little grumpy during the heel…so…I haven’t been knitting as much. I avoid it. I guess I’m hoping magical knitting elves will pop out at night and turn the heel for me so I can go back to mindlessly knitting on the rest of it.

Time to suck it up, I suppose.

I did, however, make some cool knitting-related items…

I made project bags!!! Whooo!!!! I don’t know what made me do it, maybe LimeNViolet‘s podcast which I discovered recently…I think that’s somehow connected. They said “yarn-porn” and I went “Ooo!” and then I was on Etsy and then…suddenly there was fabric.

I REALLY don’t know how I got to project bags. Wow. I honestly have NO clue how I started stalking fabric. I remember looking at yarn…then wool…then handspun yarn…and suddenly I was drooling over funky fabrics and then by Friday night I was designing a pattern for a knitting bag…Saturday I bought fabric…and made 3 bags.

Cuppycake Bag!!! Pink lining...oooo!

Cuppycake Bag!!! Pink lining...oooo!

UT bag...cause that's how I roll.

UT bag...cause that's how I roll.

Summery Citrus Bag...yellow lining inside.

Summery Citrus Bag...yellow lining inside.

At any rate, SOMEHOW I got the idea to make bags. I may try and sell some on Etsy…but we’ll see. If you want a bag made, even for non-knitting purposes, let me know!

And let me tell you, there are some AWESOME fabrics out there. Try fabric.com and fatquarters.com. Look for Michael Miller fabrics or in the catagory Novelty fabric.

There’s french fry fabric, ok people?!?!

I bought bagel fabric and I laugh hysterically any time I look at it. So anyway, if you want a bag, and find a fabric, I’ll see what I can do.

Running Week:

Not a lot of running, but a lot to talk about!

Last weekend mom and I did the Explore Park 5K. I had a really awful sinus infection/allergies but this was my very first 5K back in 07 so I REFUSE to sit this one out, EVER. It was UBER cold, but whatever, I’m running.

Omg BRRR!!!

Omg BRRR!!!

Explore Park is put on by Mountain Junkies whom I adore. ALL of their races rock…and they have by FAR the best swag and food. LOVE some Mountain Junkies. If you’re ever in the Roanoke/Bedford VA area, check them out and do a race!

Race was cold, but sunny. I ran/walked…mom ended up walking a LOT because she’s been having IT band issues…I keep TELLING her to take it easy but nooooo.

And we're off!

And we're off!

Mom did get 2nd in her age group. YAY mom!!! I normally place in this race but…not with my cold/allergies. Oh well. Still got some AWESOME swag.

Yay mom! Congrats!!!

I mean hello, LONG SLEEVED TECH SHIRT!!!! You can’t beat that for a 5K.

Then this weekend was the Shamrock 5K put on by the Star City Striders! WOOT!

I didn’t run, but I did volunteer! I’m a proud Strider member and now that school is calming down, I’m working on being a more active member! Part of that includes volunteering at races, going to meetings and also writing for our newsletter! Whoo!!! I might be a regular contributer so…um…EXCITED!!!

Here are some pictures from the Shamrock Hill 5K…

Other than that, and being super exciting about contributing to the newsletter, I’ve also started the Strider’s TWITTER FEED!!! Follow us!!! Or rather…follow me, since I’m the one tweeting. Even if you’re not local, feel free to follow so I don’t feel like it’s a useless idea!!! Haha. 🙂

Oh, almost forgot…HUGE running news!!! Tomorrow starts my half-marathon training!!!!!!! I’m doing the Trail-Nut Half in June. Another Mountain Junkies race. 🙂 So…gotta hit the ground running tomorrow! I’m glad my training coincides with the time change! Perfect *non*planning!

Favorite:

This week’s favorite is going to have to be some of grandma’s Turkey Pot Pie. Mmmmmm.

Hello turkey goodness.

Hello turkey goodness.

I honestly have never had any other turkey pot pie other than that made by my grandma, and I can’t say that I want to try any others. When I was living at home, grandma would make one, and drop it by the house while we were at work/school/wherever. Mom’s not that interested in them but dad and I…well…we’ll fight to the death for one.

Grandma would leave it on the counter, and whoever got home first, either myself or dad, would consume as much as possible, then hide the rest from the other person.

I’m not kidding. We literally HID it and wouldn’t tell. Grandma finally realized this and started calling AFTER dropping the pie off to make sure everyone was informed. Then she started making two. Then I moved out and now we each get our own separate pie. But the competition is still there. Since I’m an hour away, dad offered to “get my pie” from grandma and “keep it” for me. HA. Grandma and I both knew better.

But I got my pie, and all is well in the world. And in my belly.

Other Junk:

Not a lot of randomness that I can think of. Just two pictures to share!

At some point in the last 2 weeks, it snowed again. The day before, I could see my deck...for the first time. Then....THIS.

At some point in the last 2 weeks, it snowed again. The day before, I could see my deck...for the first time. Then....THIS.

This was Thursday morning...I LOVE fog. I was so tempted to call in to work so I could go running in the fog. Ha.

OH!!! I got my stiches out!!! No pictures to show you for now, but I’ll take one. I still have a little scar and it still HURTS when I touch it…but overall I’m healing quite nicely!

Southern Warfare Shoutout:

This shoutout goes to Matt over at The Kitchen of a Runner. Matt is one amazing runner, even if his choice of football teams does suck…. 🙂 Matt is one HECK of a runner. His weekly mileage blows me away. I also totally LOVE hearing what he’s having for dinner every day…and every time eggs are involved, I laugh for some reason.

So, Matt, just FYI, you rock, I love the blog, I owe you cookies, and you need to pick a better team.

🙂

Have a great week, everyone!

So…who missed me?!?!?

I’ve had an interesting two weeks. Last weekend I went home for the first time in about a month so I was semi-busy…and then this past week, well, you can guess what happened from the title.

Yep. I got stitches. But more on that later. Let’s get started.

Knitting Week:

********************** Edit *********************

I almost forgot!!! I taught 2 people to knit this week!!! 2!!!!!

One was the bestest, Carly. We went to my LYS, Crooked Stitch, and got her all squared away. She’s working on a lovely scarf out of aplaca. Since she’s the best friend, I couldn’t let her start on cheap yarn. I bought her some bamboo needles and we sat together and knit Thursday night.

Then one of the assistants for a teacher in my department wanted to learn, so I brought her some of my old metal needles and a skein of cheap caron yarn. She was thrilled and I got her on her way as well!

YAY!!!!

****************************End Edit******************************

Ohhh so much knitting!!!! So much “fibery goodness” as Meghan would say. Last weekend while I was at home, I visited my former LYS, Mosaic. I was absolutley fed UP with the scarf I had been trying to knit my aunt. It was her Christmas present…and if you will recall I only managed to finish 2 of the 4 projects for family presents. Her scarf darn near drove me insane. So I decided I needed new yarn.

I also wanted new circular needles for sock knitting. I was frustrated with the DPN’s, and really just wanted to get my OTHER aunt’s socks *also a Christmas present* FINISHED. And started, for that matter.

Well I’d started them 4 times but…yeah.

So, Mosaic, being the wonderful yarn shop that it is…had just what I needed. I bought some hand dyed yarn by Unplanned Peacock. The fiber artist actually lives near me and I’ve met her at a knitting circle so I was super excited to support her.

I grabbed up a beautiful skein in her Flamingo colorway and got to knitting on Monday. Over the weekend I FINISHED the scarf (HAHA!) and it’s currently blocking in my bathroom. The yarn was REALLY springy…even though it was 200 yards…the scarf was only about 3.5ft before I blocked it. But now it’s around 6! And DONE! FINALLY!! It should be dry and ready to go in the mail to my aunt by tomorrow.

Scarf pre-blocking

Scarf pre-blocking

The socks…or sock, rather, is on the needles and progressing nicely. I’ve also decided to repurpose the yarn from the previous scarf attempt. I’m going to make Bella’s Mittens for my cousin who LOVES Twilight and knitting.

So far, so good on the socks!!

So far, so good on the socks!!

In other knitting news, I’m going to do a review of a yarn store I visited this weekend!!! I’m going to try and add more reviews in to the blog…so here’s this week’s!

Review:

This week’s review is of Gate City Yarns in Greensboro, NC. Gate City Yarns is located in a lovely section of Greensboro. I would say it’s downtown, but I’ve never been to Greensboro before so I’m not sure exactly what section of town one would consider it’s location to be.

The shop has a lovely window display of yarn, fiber, and some unique metal artwork. It’s a really beautiful storefront. I was immediately excited.

Hello Yarn Store!!

Hello Yarn Store!!

Upon entering, I nearly squealed because the first thing you see in the store, is shelves of FIBER and SPINNING WHEELS ON TOP!!! Oh I was thrilled. I nearly threw myself in to the bags of fibery goodness.

Anyone want to donate to the "Buy Courtney a Spinning Wheel fund? Anyone?"

Anyone want to donate to the "Buy Courtney a Spinning Wheel fund? Anyone?"

I learned that the fiber was from a local farm and I believe it was hand dyed.

Of course I had to buy some. I got a lovely blue green corriedale, about 7oz. The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly. I would love for Gate City to be my LYS! They also had a “store mascot”, a very sweet dog named Reese. He greeted the customers in a very calm and polite manner. He wasn’t overly friendly, and didn’t come right up to sniff you. You more or less had to invite him over or come to him. Perfect manners for a yarn store dog!

Mmmm I can't wait to spin this!!!

Mmmm I can't wait to spin this!!!

Hello, sock yarn. How I love thee.

Hello, sock yarn. How I love thee.

I’m a firm beliver that yarn stores should have mascots or animals of some sort in them. 🙂

In addition to all the spinning goodies, Gate City had a lot of lovely yarns. I ended up buying some sock yarn from a company I hadn’t seen before. They really had a great selection and it was beautifully displayed and organized.

Gate City also had a very wide array of needles, hooks, drop spindles, hand cards, and other fiber work goodies. They really catered to every area of fiber work! It was wonderful!

I hope I get to go back to Gate City Yarns next time I’m in Greensboro. I really loved that store!

Running Week:

Well, there hasn’t really been any running to speak of since…last week sometime. I was doing push-ups and planks daily, up until Wednesday…and therefore we will skip the running, and visit our special section this week….the……..

Injury Report:

***squemish beware. Skip to “Favorite” if you have issues with blood***:

Well folks, I did a number on myself. Let me tell you, gravity has it IN for me!!!!

Wednesday morning I was preparing to go for work…and was running a tad late. I guess I was in a hurry and opened my car door with a little too much force, because as I bent down to get in my car, the door came back at me and caught me in the back of my head, slamming my forehead in to the frame of my car.

Yes, essentially I slammed my entire head in a car door.

The force was sufficent to knock me down, in to the car, half in and half out. I reeled for a minute and said to myself “WOW that hurt”. Then I touched my hand to my forehead…and it came back QUITE bloody. Then…the blood started to pour.

I decided the best plan was to get myself to the ER as quickly as possible. Since I live in the middle of nowhere, my best option was to get my neighbor to give me a ride because…the amount of blood seemed a bit much and I didn’t think I should drive. My neighbors were still sleeping as this was 6:45am. I pounded on their door until they woke up and came out.

When they opened the door I think they both almost screamed. They thought I had been shot because at this point, I was splattered with blood everywhere, and attempting to hold my head closed with my hand. I told them I’d hit my head on my car and could they please drive me to the ER and possibly give me a towel as well.

At this point, I decided sitting or laying down was best, so I laid down on the patio outside their house while they grabbed me a towel and got dressed. While laying on the patio, I called school and informed them that there was NO possible way I would be in that day. Given the fact I had left a trail of blood from my car to the neighbors door, and a substantial puddle in front of their house, I figured staying home would be a good plan.

So…my neighbor grabbed my purse from my car, and threw me in her truck and drove me the 20 minutes to the hospital. I laughed most of the way. I mean really, I FAILED at getting in a car. I hit my head not once, but TWICE.

By the time we got to the ER, I had bled through all layers of the bathroom towel…and the ER receptionist quickly got me a wheelchair and within 5 minutes of our arrival I was in a bed being cleaned up by a nurse.

This is the LEAST bloody picture of the towel. I soaked it...

This is the LEAST bloody picture of the towel. I soaked it...

Before Wednesday, I was unaware that head wounds bleed a lot. I am now very aware of that fact. I have never seen so much blood in my LIFE.

See why they thought I was shot? Blood EVERYWHERE!

See why they thought I was shot? Blood EVERYWHERE!

So I ended up with 6 stitches. My very FIRST stitches, and a tetanus shot. So I had a knot in the back of my head, and in the front, stitches, and a sore arm from the shot. Thankfully no concussion.

My poor head...

My poor head...

By the time I got to school Thursday, my kids had made up some WILD stories about what had happened to me, and I think they had had me die in about 4 of the stories. Good times.

But I’m healing…I guess…and enjoying sporting a wide variety of colorful bandaids in the meantime.

Moving on.

Favorite:

This week’s favorite is The Palm restaurant. Wow. Let me tell you…I could get accustomed to a lifestyle that includes occasional visits to that place.

I went to NC for the weekend with a friend to visit their family and celebrate their mom’s birthday. Her birthday dinner was at The Palm. It was AMAZING. I had filet mingnon, and also tried my very first lobster!! It was wonderful. I am offically a fan of lobster.

There were also some amazing 3 cheese potatoes, fried asparagus, and creme brulee and tiramisu for dessert!

So, if you ever get the chance for a very special occasion, visit a Palm restaurant. You WON’T be dissappointed.

Other Junk:

As I mentioned, this weekend I went to NC. I hit some great geocaches on the way down. I would have done more, but the cold got to me and I gave up. But every cache I looked for, I found! That’s a first I think!!

Pretty cool building near a cache.

Pretty cool building near a cache.

Then in Greensboro I watched my friend’s brothers lacrosse game with the family. That was really fun. I’d never been to a lacrosse game before and I really enjoyed it. (Yes, I knit through the entire game) We’re going to go down again and watch another…hopefully in warmer weather!

I also got to go to Bass Pro while in NC so that was fabulous.

Other than that…not much to report given the head injury and all. Next weekend I do have a 5K so watch for that report!!!

So-Far-Away Shoutout:

This week’s shoutout is to Lesley. I miss you so very much!!!! Lesley and I went to grad school together and she’s…oh probably 14 hours north of me. We did a half marathon together around this time last year and I really miss running with her!

I actually got to talk to her today for the first time in probably 6 months. We have decided to make Sunday our weekly phone call day so we can keep in touch. I’m super excited for next Sunday already!

MISS YOU LESLEY!!!!

I Get Knocked Down

…but I get up again.

And then I beast 5 miles.

🙂

Pretty awesome week, let’s get right in to it.

Snow Week:

Snowed and iced Monday. Another inch or so on Tuesday, then Friday night was another 2 inches. At this point I don’t even notice. The mail hasn’t ran since February 4th. I can see the post office from my mail box…and yet…no mail.

I tried on Wednesday AND Saturday to get my mail from the post office. They can’t find it anywhere. Apparently they have so much backed up mail…they can’t find mine. My netflix are in there somewhere…and some other really important items I would like to have. Granted, the mail-person can’t DRIVE up to my mailbox…but if I can park at the end of my road and walk the 30 feet to it…then why the hell can’t she? I mean…I can literally SEE the roof of the post office from my mailbox. Not even a quarter mile…and yet no mail in almost 2 weeks.

I want. My flipping mail.

Anyway. I’ve heard that we’re getting anywhere from 4 to 15 inches tonight. Bring it.

Knitting Week:

Well, finished the VT scarf! WHOOO!!!!! Thank God because I now hate that project.

I did create a new theory though. If you receive a knitted item that has stripes of color…the more stripes there are, the more that knitter must love you.

Or at least that’s the new theory for my knitting. There is nothing I hate more than weaving in ends…and on a scarf or BABY BLANKET….*cough*Beth*cough* there are a LOT of ends. Each stripe results in at least 2 tails of yarn to weave in. So…my scarf with 40 stripes…yeah.

This is why I don’t think I can crochet. I look at that crochet hook with disdain from the hours of painful end-weaving. I seriously shudder thinking about it. It makes my skin crawl.

I finished the last end on the scarf, and literally THREW the scarf across the room. I couldn’t even TOUCH it for 2 days.

I also believe this is why knitters often give away most of their projects. The bigger ones…we’ve spent SO much time on them…we don’t want to be anywhere near them for a long, long, long time.

I also started a hat to go with the VT scarf. And then had to rip the whole thing out. I was about an inch in…and realized that A) it was HUGE…like almost triple the size it should be *Yes, I still refuse to knit a swatch* and B) there was a twist. Ugh. So that’s now in a pile. I quit.

Moving on.

Workout Week:

Did some really good upper body work this week and some ab work. Then Saturday was Long Run day. Mmmmm LR.

Planned to do 3 miles…it was a decent day out. Maybe 33 degrees or so. Where I run, it’s straight uphill for about half a mile, and that part is WINDY and cold. That’s also the first part so…I was well layered.

I also put on my yaxtrax because of the snow…however I quickly learned that it takes more than yaxtrax.

It helps if your sunglasses don’t fog up…and if they do, here’s a little tip: Don’t keep running while you try to mess with them.

Within the first quarter mile of my run…as I tried to de-fog my glasses without slowing down…I stopped paying attention to where my feet were going…and didn’t notice the HUGE mound of snow and ice that had positioned itself in the center of the sidewalk.

I hit it….and did a superman-esque dive over the pile and in to another pile of snow, ice, and mud.

Lots of mud.

I was SOAKED. Gloves, pants, shirt….SOAKED.

Everywhere there is dry mud…there was ice/snow/water…from my knee, all the way up to my arm pit, and down to my wrist. Rockstar.

See the stains? Yeah, I went DOWN...

See the stains? Yeah, I went DOWN...

Ugh. I was soaked.

Ugh. I was soaked.

So I almost quit then. But…I figured I’d do one lap, then be done. I was already out there….so may as well do something.

I took the gloves off because they were the most irritatingly wet. I did my lap…and got back to the car and felt pretty good. Luckily…I keep extra gloves in my car so I traded them out and decided to hit another lap. I did an extended lap, adding on another road…and then decided to do one more…and then one more.

By the end, my 3 mile run turned in to 5.3.

Kicking ass and taking names. 🙂

Favorite:

I am going to embarass myself right now. Ready?

This week’s favorite…is NASCAR.

Yeah, yeah, I know. But you gotta understand, I’m from the south…it’s part of life. I teach in a location that has a track…I….just love it. And today…is the Daytona 500!

But my favorite part of Nascar…something I like almost more than actually going to a race… Ok I probably DO like it more… It’s a Nascar Nap.

A Nascar Nap occurs when you turn on the race…and about 30 laps in…you just pass out. You can’t help it. It just knocks you OUT. And it’s always a REALLY good nap. Mmmm, Nascar Naps.

I had mine today, have you!?!?

Other Junk:

So…driving around this weekend, I passed this sign.

Bwahahahahaha!!! Global Warming. Heh.

Bwahahahahaha!!! Global Warming. Heh.

Enough said.

🙂

Strenghtening Shoutout:

This weeks shoutout is a thank-you to Missy. I really appreciate you giving me your personal Ironman experience. You really have made me want to go for it even more. Your emails have really motivated me. In a couple years…I think I’ll be ready.

So if you haven’t checked her blog out, go see Missy and enjoy her story. She’s a really inspirational blogger!

Man, a lot to talk about this week.

Also…had a lot of time on my hands this week, what with the 2-3 feet of snow since the last post.

Quick snow summary:

Snowed Friday night/Saturday, school closed Mon-Wed. Went for 5 hours on Thursday. Closed again today. More snow and ice today. Haven’t seen the floor of my back deck since November. Has been covered in snow since then.

So instead of the Work Week we will have….

Snow Week:

Well, Saturday *last week, 1st snow* was sledding and snowboarding with the neighbors. Or rather attempted sledding/snowboarding. It was the dry, light, powdery snow that wasn’t even good for snowball making. Tragic. So…the 3 of us trooped around town…did a little B&E….

There’s a very creepy looking house nearby…that’s empty and…scary looking. So…we decided to look in the windows…and I apparently have the least fear in the group, because I managed to get a door open. 🙂 So we snooped around. Nothing really interesting, but we did trade ghost stories and managed to scare ourselves slightly.

After playing in the snow...my pants were frozen solid.

After playing in the snow...my pants were frozen solid.

Sunday…I think there was a lot of sleeping. I’m not sure. Monday I finally managed to get OUT of my driveway. Let me tell you it was SKETCHY. I got to go to lunch with the bestest, then talked her in to coming over that night! It sleeted/snowed Tuesday night so yet again, no school. Tuesday’s activities involved the Y, so more on that later.

Digging the car out.

Digging the car out.

Wednesday was another snow day, so I went up to visit the bestest for lunch yet again, and FINALLY was able to get in and out of my driveway without sliding in to a ditch!!! SUCCESS!

Thursday we had a 2 hour delay…and did some other activities of questionable legallity with the neighbor…and then Friday…..snow. Lots.

The car was re-burried. Not cool.

The car was re-burried. Not cool.

So far today I’ve cleared the snow off the heat pump because the news told me that was a good plan. During that adventure in to the outdoors, I learned a few things. 1) Knee high boots do not help in snow that is over your knees. 2) Dustpan = snow shovel in a pinch.

Actually I learned #2 back in December when we had the first 18 inch snow.

Also, made a pretty rockin snowman. Good times.

Snowman!!! I shall name him Bob.

Snowman!!! I shall name him Bob.

The news said Vancover has gotten around 2 inches of snow this winter so far….we’ve had 26. What now, winter Olympics!?!?!

Anyway.

Knitting Week:

Lots happening there. Did a little spinning, talked to some lovely ladies over on Rav and got some thoughts on my spinning. STILL haven’t dropped the drop spindle yet…but might get brave.

Finshed baby berry hat #2 and started #3. It should be done later today.

What what? Both baby hats done!!!

What what? Both baby hats done!!!

Also got a good portion of the Hokie scarf done for Aunt’s charity auction. Kind of gave up on the scarf that is a present for her…It’s angered me to the point of non-knittage.

Almost done!!!

Almost done!!!

Might do some sock work today too for lack of better options.

Also, the cat stole a knitting needle at one point this week and entertained himself greatly.

Workout Week:

Well I was doing pretty awesome up until yesterday! Every day I did some kind of workout, EVEN with the snow!!! I got The Firm’s Power Yoga on DVD from Netflix…and that thing is AWESOME. I did that at least 4 times this week.

Also did some kickboxing and lower body work.

On Monday I went to the YMCA with Carly. I now officially heart the Y. Carly got on the treadmill, and I got on an elliptical and every 10 minutes we traded for 40 minutes. It was a REALLY good workout.

The Y also has 2 NICE indoor pools…so I could train for my tri. Carly is probably doing one too!!!!!! WHOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And the Y offers some great classes that all start around 5pm so I could actually get there AFTER school.

So if they accept my financial aid request application thingy….then I’m going to join. I…just can’t pay full price. With my student loans, medical bills, and credit card debt…*shudder* No.

But anyway, love the Y. Really hope I can afford to join. Mmmm pool.

Favorite:

Hmm, this week’s favorite would have to be Kim’s Quick Chili. It’s REALLY quick and easy and the local Minute Market carries all the necessary ingredients!!! Granted, it’s not my dad’s amazing chili, but this only takes about 30 minutes to cook. 🙂 Sometimes quick is best.

So I shall now share the recipe. It’s kind of Kim’s…and kind of mine. Kim found the recipe in a magazine…and if I remember correctly this magazine was in a Dr’s office and she ripped the page out because it looked so good. 🙂 But anyway, we’ve since lost both the magazine and actual recipe so we’re mostly going on memory…and guesstimation and taste. 🙂

Kim’s Superfab Speedy Chili:

1 lb Ground Beef *or ground turkey!*
1 16oz Jar Salsa
1 Can Tomato Juice
1 Onion Diced
1 Green Pepper Diced
1-2 Cloves Garlic Minced
2 Tbs Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

In a large pot, brown beef in olive oil. Once it is browned, add onion, pepper, and garlic and sautee until onions are golden/clear. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and stir every 2-3 mintues. Add any other spices and salt or pepper to taste.

Enjoy!

Other Junk:

Not a lot to report. Most of it was covered in the Snow Week. 🙂 I did help my neighbor put together some rockin good surprises for her boyfriend’s birthday. One of the surprises….well…it involved a lot of heavy lifting, and putting things in the trunk/back seat of my car that I never thought would fit there. If you really want to hear the story, email me. I’m going to try and not publically incriminate myself.

But man I was proud of our accomplishment. I can’t wait to see how he likes his present.

I also helped her make a cake to surprise him with so that was fun.

Mmmm cake...

Mmmm cake...

Now…I just have to get some school work done, then I’m going to knit through the superbowl.

GO COLTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And then…I am going to pray for a 2 hour delay tomorrow. 🙂 I can’t help it. As much as I hate giving up my spring break for snow days…I love unplanned time off.

Also I don’t think I have a  prayer of getting out of my driveway until Tuesday at the earliest. It’s kinda nasty still.

So we’ll see what happens! It would be nice if the snow would go away so I can go running.

But oh, wait. It’s supposed to snow AGAIN next weekend.

Anyway.

Scrappy Shoutout:

This week’s shoutout goes to Teri. First off, THANKS for all the email love and hugs and checking in on me!!! That made my day. You are awesome. Also…the vet thing…UBER awesome. So thanks for keeping me entertained this week, and making me smile. 🙂

Have a good one, guys!!

It’s been awhile guys!!!

I’ve been busy though, so that’s good, right?

So let’s get started.

The Work Week(s):

Well, I’m gonna be honest, the first week back was ROUGH. So tired. So very, very tired. Second week, not as bad, but I got sick a little bit. Blah.

Also, I tried bribing my kids to pass their benchmark test…it didn’t work. Ugh.

And that’s all I have to say about work. Might delete this section because…really…I don’t like to talk about it!!!!

The Workout Week:

Yeeeeeah!!!! I ran on the elliptical, I ran OUTSIDE because it was WARM for the first time in FOREVER….I also went for a little walk today.

Big news though….

*drumroll*

I have picked out my 2010 race schedule for the most part!!!

Here are the highlights. 5K’s excluded…those come and go as they please.

June 5, 2010 – Trail Nut Half Marathon brought to you by Mountain Junkies!!!! My favorite race series/director/whatever EVER!!!!! My first ever 5K was a Mountain Junkies race. I’m offically a Mountain Junkies junky. Hehe.

Oct 2010 – Gonna try for the MCM again. *nods* Yep. I should do that. Gonna try! 4 months is enough between a half and a full, right? That’s a good schedule, yes?

Now, the big question, I need YOUR help on this!!!!!

April 17 – Mill Mountain Mayhem 10K (Another Mountain Junkies)

OR

April 18 – Rumpass in Bumpass Sprint Triathlon.

What to do, guys? What to do?!?!?!

So…go vote!!!

******************************EDIT*********************************

So…the poll IS annonymous…didn’t mean for it to be…but I’d love to know what you voted for, so feel free to leave it as a comment as well!!! But as long as you vote in the poll, I’m a happy camper!!!

*******************************************************************

The Knitting Week:

Big news, guys!! Big news!!!!!!!!!!

Guess who has now entered in to the world of SPINNING!!!!!!!

*points at self*

Yeah, that’s right!!!!

I took this...

I took this...

...and made that!!!

...and made that!!!

Yeah, it’s not much…but I’m working on it. I’m not too good at getting an even weighted strand yet, but I’m trying!

I’m using some of Abby Franquemont’s video’s off of youtube. So far, I’m not actually dropping the drop spindle in order to spin…rather spinning it in my hand, and moving the twist down the yarn….if that makes any sense.

If anyone wants to pop in and offer advice, please, please, please appear and speak your mind!!!

Also, did my FIRST intarsia *color work* AND first knitting on DPN’s *double point needles* this week!!!

See Courtney Knit!

See Courtney Knit!

Knit, Courtney, knit!

Knit, Courtney, knit!

Congrats Kris and Lyla, who are the proud recipients of my masterpeice!!!

Ta-da!!!

Ta-da!!!

I actually did a second baby hat for another friend’s baby and just have to weave in the ends so that one will be done! Man, I need to throw these things up on Ravelry!!! I’ve been slacking at uploading projects on there!

Well, I guess that about wraps up the past few weeks of knitting!

Favorite:

Hmm….this week I think I’ll have to go with Coconut Macaroons dipped in Chocolate from Bea the Baker. Simply AMAZING.

Coconut and chocolate, what could be better??

Coconut and chocolate, what could be better??

Those aren’t hers, persay, but you can see what I’m talking about. Every single time I go in to town, I try and get one. So if you’re ever in, around, about, or through Floyd VA, then STOP and get one!!!!!! You can find them at various locations on either side of Floyd’s single stoplight.

If you can’t make it out to Floyd, then see what you can find around you!!! Let me tell you, Bea’s are the best though!!!!

Onward!!!

Other Junk:

Not a lot of other stuff to report. Well, my best friend/accountant/running buddy/partner in crime/fave person ever came down….and helped get my financial mess in order.

Yes, folks, this is one in debt blogger.

Student loans piled up…along with some ill-timed tickets from the fuzz….and other life-type nonsense…and I find myself in the throes of debt and collections calls.

The good news is it’s not as bad as I thought!!! Miss Carly has helped me out…and set me straight! Hopefully by April all will be right in my finaicial world and I can stop stressing so much!!! But until then….we are on a complete and total spending freeze.

Meaning mom will get hit up for race entry fees and such. 🙂

Anyway, that’s life. It could be a lot worse!!!

Other news…the fiddling….is coming along. Right now I’m learning Angeline The Baker. Not too bad. I totally LOVE my fiddle though. My instructor is Mike Mitchell of the Floyd Music School, and let me tell you he is STELLAR.

I just wrote 2 paragraphs on how much I liked the lesson…so that’ll be next week’s favorite or shoutout. Point is, fiddling is going good. I can do the first 2 lines without really screwing up too bad. YAY!!!!

So in closing, we shall proceede to our….

Sperlific Shoutout:

This is the part where I go “Oh crap, Sperly tagged me for something. I should go do that thing she tagged me for”

So, first off, if you don’t know her, please go check out Sperly, my blogging/running/triathalon idol. 🙂 She is one of the most AWESOME chicks out there!!!

Second, she has tagged me for the Pay It Forward 7 Fun Facts deal….

Since this post is OH so long….I’m gonna go write those as a separate post and throw it up Wednesday or Thursday!

Go do my poll!!! Watch for the 7 Fun Facts, you may get tagged!!!!!!
