Feelin Way Too Damn Good

I was feeling way too damn good yesterday until I saw my trainer.

Cardio. Drills.

Leg work with one of those round steering wheel resistance thingies…then medicine ball drills, then balancing on a bosu ball, then squats on it, then running/jumping footwork over the bosu…then bicep curles and then rowing…after that there were pushups and tricep dips…followed by 4 different planks, crunches, and then stability ball wall squats.

Twice.

At the end of the second one I asked if I could crawl to the last station instead of walk.

When I finished…I asked her if I could do it again. ๐Ÿ™‚

And I went and bought the little circle torture device. I haven’t had enough pain yet!!

But MAN I’m sore today. And it’s awesome.

Yesterday I also did a 2 mile run with a lot of sprints…was kinda in a bad mood so I ran…hard….and got it out of my system.

I’m quite pleased.

I can’t wait to do cardio circuits again. That was awesome. I love the pain. ๐Ÿ™‚

And on a side note…I’m thinking about doing MCM next year. Pretty sure I found my motivation. ๐Ÿ˜‰
