Jumping Back In

Well, for the first time in a long time I did manage to get a workout in. It was a small one…but still. It’s a start.

Coming back from being sick is a lot harder than I expected, but I really need to get active again. I know I’ve lost a ton of muscle condition and have turned most everything into fat at this point so building back will be a long road.

Today I did about 45 minutes of yoga, pilates, stretching, free weights, and leg work. I can already feel it in my abs and quads. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow. Maybe by Saturday I’ll be up for a small run!!
